• Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without permission
• Engage in spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on BuskerBeat (performances, videos, photos, comments). By posting content, you grant BuskerBeat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform.

All BuskerBeat branding, logos, design elements, and platform features are owned by BuskerBeat and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

How payments, tips, refunds, and payouts work on BuskerBeat.

Stars (Virtual Currency)

BuskerBeat uses "Stars" as virtual currency for tipping performers. Stars can be purchased through the app and given to performers as support.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. BuskerBeat does not store your payment card information.

Refunds

Star purchases are generally non-refundable except in cases of technical errors or unauthorized transactions. Contact our support team for refund requests.

Performer Payouts
