2. Prohibited Content No violence, hate speech, harassment, illegal activities, explicit content, spam, or any content that harms our community.

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on BuskerBeat:

Adult & Explicit Content

  • Sexually explicit content or nudity

Spam & Manipulation

  • Spam, fake engagement, or artificial manipulation of metrics
  • Misleading or deceptive content
  • Impersonation of others
3. Performance Guidelines Follow best practices for sharing performances and engaging with the community authentically and respectfully.

For Performers

  • Original Content: Only post performances you have the right to share
  • Quality Standards: Ensure good audio/video quality when possible
  • Honest Representation: Accurately describe your performances and skills
  • Respect Copyrights: Clearly indicate cover songs and credit original artists
  • Safe Locations: Perform in legal, safe public spaces

For Fans

  • Support Authentically: Tips and engagement should be genuine
  • Constructive Feedback: Offer helpful, respectful comments
  • Report Issues: Help keep the community safe by reporting violations
  • Respect Performers: Appreciate the effort and talent behind every performance
4. Intellectual Property Respect copyright and intellectual property. Only share content you own or have permission to use.

6. Reporting & Enforcement Help keep our community safe by reporting violations. We take all reports seriously and enforce guidelines consistently.

Enforcement Actions
